Indications

The solution always keeps fresh. It does not expire. No need to refrigerate. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight.

Ingredients

Per vertical drop: Iodine 5% (2.5 mg), Potassium Iodine 10% (5 mg), Distilled Water 85% | Approximately 600 drops per 30ml (1oz) container.

Directions

To use as a water purifier, add 2-3 drops per liter of water. It is recommended to take iodine on an empty stomach, preferably 20min before food is taken. To repeat, adding 1 teaspoonful of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water to make the water acid in reaction, holding the dropper horizontal to get a maximum drop, 1 drop of the Lugol's solution is added to the mixture. The contents are stirred with a spoon and sipped through the course of the meal, as one would drink a cup of coffee or tea.
