- Each 8 oz bag seasons 25lbs of meat - 5 bags per order (will season 125lbs of meat)

- For reduced amounts, mix 1 tablespoon of seasoning mix per 1lb of meat
MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE: 1. Grind pork through a inch plate 2. Transfer to
mixer, add seasoning and mix for 2 minutes 3. Regrind through 2/32 inch, 5/12
inch or 1/8 inch plate 4. Package in bulk or stuff into casings
