Mugwort is a common plant in the British isles, its angular, purple stalks

growing 3 feet (90 cm) or more in height and bearing dark green leaves with a

cottony down underneath. Mugwort is said to have derived its name from having

been used to flavor drinks. It was, in common with other herbs, such as ground

ivy, used for flavoring beer before the introduction of hops. Place Mugwort in

shoes to gain strength during long walks or runs. It is also said that a

pillow stuffed with Mugwork will produce prophetic dreams when slept on.

Mugwort can also be buring with sandalwood or wormwood during scrying rituals.

A Mugwort infusion can be drank during divination or used to clean a crystal

ball and magic mirros. Place mugwort beneath your crystal ball or under your

scrying mirror to aid in psychic workings. It is said that mugwort when
